• Live chat — if you use the chat window, the messages you send, handled through our chat provider (Tawk.to).
• Basic technical data — such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and to limit spam.
• Site statistics — only if we switch on website analytics; we will update this page if we do.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver the work you ask for and keep the site safe. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who sees it

Your messages are stored on our hosting provider and are visible to the NEXup team. Emails about your enquiry are sent through our email provider. Our chat provider processes chat messages. We share information with others only when needed to provide these services or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your language and light/dark choice in your browser so it can remember them. The admin area uses a session cookie for staff sign-in. Our chat provider may set its own cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We will reply within a reasonable time.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below.
