These terms cover your use of this website. Work we do for clients is covered by the written quote or agreement we agree for each project, which takes priority if the two differ.
Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or access areas meant for our team.
Every project is quoted individually. A quote sets out the scope, schedule and payment terms. Work starts once you accept the quote.
You keep ownership of the text, images and other material you give us. You confirm you have the right to use it. When the agreed payment is complete, you receive the finished website as described in your quote.
This site may link to websites we built for clients and to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for content we do not control.
We take care with our work, but we cannot promise that a website will produce a particular result, such as a number of visitors or sales. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
